Water Pumps for Forklift - Attached to the crankshaft of the engine; the water pump is a simple centrifugal pump which is driven by a belt. The pump then circulates fluid when the engine is running.
Using centrifugal force, the water pump sends water to the outside as it rotates causing the fluid to be constantly drawn from the center of the pump. The pump inlet is situated close to the center. This particular design allows fluid returning from the radiator to hit the pump vanes. The pump vanes are strategically placed to be able to fling the fluid outside of the pump so it goes in the engine.
The fluid firstly flows throughout the cylinder head and engine block prior to exiting the pump. Then the fluid goes into the radiator before finally returning to the pump.
